Sheet A Privacy
Privacy
This page is short because the practice behind it is short. We are not going to describe a data-protection programme we do not run.
What we collect
From anyone who does not use the form: what you did on this page, and nothing that says who you are. This website sets no cookies. It runs no third-party script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no heatmap and no session recorder. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from a third party — the typefaces, the animation library and the WebGL scene are all served from this site. There is no account and no database of visitors.
The count. We record which page you opened, which currency you read the fee in, which button or link you pressed, and whether the form sent. It leaves your browser for this site's own server, and from there it goes to Google Analytics, where we read the numbers. It carries no cookie, no address, no IP address and no identifier: the number that ties one visit's events together is made when the page loads and forgotten when you close it, so one visit is never joined to a later one. Google sees this site's server rather than you — the count is forwarded from here, which is why nothing in your browser ever contacts Google.
We do this because a landing page that cannot be measured is a landing page nobody can improve. It tells us which fee people read and which button they press. It tells us nothing about who they are, and we do not want it to.
The WhatsApp button is an ordinary link, like an email address: the page loads nothing from WhatsApp, and nothing reaches WhatsApp unless you click it. The message it opens with is composed in your browser — it carries the fee your page was showing, so the two of you are looking at the same number — and it stays on your device until you press send. A conversation there happens on WhatsApp's service, under WhatsApp's own terms.
If you fill in the form on the home page, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, the property address, your role, your timeline and anything you wrote in the message box — and the fee your page was showing at the time, so the price we quote back is the price you read. That goes to us by email and is used to reply to you and to prepare a plan for the address. Delivery runs through our email provider, SMTP2GO, as a processor: it carries the same fields so it can deliver the message, it holds them only as long as a mail provider keeps a delivered message, and it is never loaded by this page.
- We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers, brokers or data brokers.
- We use it to reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversations we have about addresses.
- You can ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
What the servers record
Like every web server, ours writes a request log: the page you asked for, the time, the response code and a truncated IP address. We use it to keep the site running and to find broken pages. We do not use it to profile visitors, and we do not join it to anything else — the counts we forward to Google Analytics are not joined to these logs either.
The listing pages
The listing sites we build — for example 3108 Park George — carry the same promise. They are static files, served without cookies and without analytics. The video player, the gallery, the map and the language selector are all part of the site rather than an embed from a third party, which is what makes the promise true rather than merely stated.
Those pages do have a contact route, and their own privacy note sits beside them. The same rules apply: what you type reaches the listing agent, and nothing else is collected.
